Strutt and Parker’s land management advice is made with an eye firmly on the bigger picture and with a long-term perspective. A specialist research group has grown out of the need to provide clients with well-researched advice on environmental policy in the UK. The Environmental Production Group (EPG) looks at the way that government policy and public attitudes are changing and looks for ways that clients can be best prepared to take advantage of the opportunities that this presents.
Topics this research group covers include; sustainable farming practices, soil health, Countryside Stewardship (and other grants and subsidy schemes), the developing picture of the new Environmental Land Management System (ELMS), the Environment Bill, Biodiversity Net Gain (and other planning policy rules), natural capital accounting and carbon accounting.
