Despite the political uncertainty affecting the economy and the extreme weather conditions of 2018, the resilience of the land market and the continuing investment from outside the industry into farmland is remarkable.

At Strutt & Parker we have been extremely privileged to be involved with the sale and purchase of a wide range of estates and farms throughout the UK. In our latest edition of The Estates & Farms collection we show a selection of the properties we have sold in 2017 and 2018 and those we currently have for sale. From sporting estates in the north of Scotland, to residential farms in the south west of England and forestry in Wales, our teams have certainly been busy.
